Manual gate:

Our gate is designed for manual operation and is fitted with a key-operated built in lock. The direction of opening can be reversed on site at the time of installation.

Motorizable version:

Our gate is designed for the installation of an external motor later onwards. A dental rack is mounted on the beam and inspection plates are provided for the passage of wiring afterwards.

Full automatic:

Due to our exclusive partnership with FAAC, we can offer you a gate that is factory fitted with an external motor and all necessary safety items and operating items. The gate is delivered fully prewired, and ready to operate. We offer one type of motorisation: for intensive use.

Gate wing:

• - Underbeam: 120 x 100 x 5 mm (welded to the wing’s frame. Both are HDG afterwards)
• - Lower profile of the frame: 80 x 60 x 2 mm (rest of frame 60 x 60 x 2 mm)
• - Two rollersets with polyamide rollers are foreseen for each gate
• - Hook lock (standard foreseen for manual gates)

Infill:

Egidia SC sliding gates: are available with two types of infill:

• - Infill with profiles 20 x 20 x 1,5 mm (tubular)
• - Nylofor 3D panels (the panels are screwed to the frame of the wing, using clamp +bolts)

Guiding and lock post

All of our gates are supplied with a single sided guiding post and double sided lock post.

Galvanising

All Egidia SC cantilever sliding gates are HDG. They can be powder coated afterwards.

Coating Techniques

Egidia SC sliding gates are treated with the best coating processes existing today: Hot deep galvanizing in- and outside the profi les and powder coated. (possible only HDG)

Colours (optional)

Green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, white RAL 9010, grey RAL 7030, grey RAL 7016, blue RAL 5010, black RAL 9005. Other colours: on request.

Options

•  - Dental strip on top of the wing (only for height > 1.7m)
• - Lock & handle (on motorisable gates)
• - Plate to fi x a padlock (on manual and motorisable gates)
• - Handle (on manual gates)

Additional Information

Sliding gates are available in the left and right opening version.

CE Marking

Egidia SC cantilever sliding gates carry the C.E. mark, in accordance with the European directive. They are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the directives (89/106/EC) and are tested according to EN 13241-1 specifications for industrial and commercial applications.
