Technical Information

WPC composite slats

Available in 3 colours, your Screeno Line Composite kit comprises:

48 slats, 44 mm wide
2 slats, 31 mm wide for each end of the fence panel
Aluminium and rubber profile nose, to hold the vertical slats in place and avoid any movement
Aluminium bottom profile, to hold the vertical slats in place
Aluminium top profile, for a smooth, good looking finish.

One kit will fill a 2.5 metre wide panel. You can reduce the number of slats used for a 2 metre wide panel, and combine with an additional kit for a 3 metre wide panel.

The composite slats are specially formulated to ensure a high quality product with high UV resistance. All the aluminium components of your kits are powder coated, which means you can benefit from the Betafence 10 year guarantee.

Compatible post when you install WPC privacy in your 3D Panel

All below compatible posts, are tested to be compliant with 3D panels and their WPC infill.

Izifix Post

Lateral fixing of the Nylofor 3D in the Izifix post, without accessories. Perfect fixing of the curves of the panel in the post profile. The Izifix posts (75 x 50 mm) are covered with a plastic cap.

Bekafix

The 3d panels are fixed laterally onto the posts and secured with anti-vandal metal security fixators. The H-shape welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) are galvanized. PES coated and supplied with a polyamide cap and accessories.

Bekafix Ultra

Same system as Bekafix standard post, but much stronger thanks to Magnelis steel. Welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) in H-shape with punched holes for positioning/fixing of the panels. Posts are provided with a plastic cap.

UniLox

The Universal Metal Fencing Post developed to fit all situations. Its universal installation method and compatibility with multiple panels will convince you.

Nylofor - Twilfix posts

The panels are fixed on the front side of the posts by means of fixators and security bolts. The welded square tubular posts (60 x 60 mm) have inserts for fixing the panels and are covered with a plastic cap.

U-Lox Posts

Panels are fixed to the U-lox post with fixation positioned on the front of post, with stainless stell u-Collet

Colours

Screeno Line Composite is available in 3 colours, each has their own complementary aluminium profile:

Composite slats are delivered in Grey colour & structured aluminium profiles are delivered in RAL 7039 Quartz Grey
Composite slats are delivered in Anthracite colour & structured aluminium profiles are delivered in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey
Composite slats are delivered in Sand colour & structured aluminium profiles are delivered in RAL 1001 Beige

Guarantee

Betafence guarantees the integrity of the composite slats in temperatures from -20°C to + 50°C, for a period of 10 years. This guarantee does not cover damage caused of the product or during installation or damage sustained by the product being used in situations for which it is not intented. The guarantee covers a free of charge replacement of the defective slats and excludes cover for any direct or indirect losses or consequential damages.

The guarantee does not include direct or indirect damages caused by wind.
